It is with great pleasure that we are able to provide you with a copy of this Office of Government Commerce (OGC) official report. The report is the result of months of public global consultations with the ITSM community and reflects the opinions and views of the organisations & individuals who took part in the online survey, workshops, meetings or submissions. It forms a significant part of the considerations for the scope of the next version of ITIL.
Over the coming weeks the OGC ITIL refresh project team will publish the scope and development plans for the next version of ITIL.
